  "message": "quota: move unmount handling into the filesystem\n\nCurrently the VFS calls into the quotactl interface for unmounting\nfilesystems.  This means filesystems with their own quota handling\ncan\u0027t easily distinguish between user-space originating quotaoff\nand an unount.  Instead move the responsibily of the unmount handling\ninto the filesystem to be consistent with all other dquot handling.\n\nNote that we do call dquot_disable a lot later now, e.g. after\na sync_filesystem.
