b/3108312 Fixed the problem where Time zone is out. Do not merge 0. Go to day or week view 1. Change the home time zone from the app 2. Swipe side to side 3. Notice that title bar alternates from correct time zone to last time zone Change-Id: I938e7130229870bb92277735d5e96893899e1f1a
