b/2524380 Changed logic for longpress to make delete depend on cal access Delete option in longpress for calendar views depended on edit event access instead of calendar access. The delete option should now show up so long as you can modify the calendar regardless of being able to modify the event. Change-Id: Ib65d1b48672a36802c7375483b2e0645d8be0fa2
