Ring lockscreen (Phone portion). The original implementation came from CyanogenMod Author: Valera Trubachev <vetruvet@gmail.com> Modded and refreshed by MongooseHelix and PreludeDrew. Right now there is only one unlock "style" for the phone. We'll revisit this in the future to add more styles. Change-Id: I9b0878fe6c2c2af8879d262960777b7ba83b1cce
